At the start of the tenancy a check-in report is complied with the tenant present to ensure the full inventory provides an accurate description of the property. This inventory clerk will take the Tenant through the property and make thorough notes on the Inventory of any changes.

It is strongly advised that the Tenant should be present for the Check In appointment as to qualify and agree the contents of the inventory. Both parties are entitled to add any extra comments to the Inventory, before the inventory declaration is signed.

This will allow a clear and precise recording of the condition of the property at the time of occupancy keys will be handed over and signed for at check in.
