At the end of the tenancy the property is compared to the original inventory. The Inventory Clerk will take the Tenant through the property and dictate any notes. Inventory, before a General Schedule of Conditions is produced and the declaration signed.
The Check Out Report will show a clear indication to responsibility, where the Tenant, Landlord/Maintenance Issue or Fair Wear and tear along with a declaration signed by the tenant if present.
Photos of all rooms and of any damages will also be taken and will be included on the check out report.
